Tres Sabores Winery Return Policy

Damaged wine:  Please contact us immediately upon receipt of the package to report damage or other untoward delivery problems.  We need to notify the carrier promptly to generate a "call tag" for the package return, file a damage claim, and most importantly, arrange for your replacement shipment.  

Incorrect or problematic shipments:  We apologize in advance for any inadvertent errors to your order.  Please notify us immediately upon receipt of an unsatisfactory order and we will take immediate steps to resolve, refund, reship or otherwise correct the situation.  Due to the sensitivity of wine to untoward temperatures we appreciate your cooperation in storing wine awaiting return in a stable, suitable environment.  Tres Sabores has a five-day return policy.  We cannot be responsible for incorrect address information given us that results in a returned shipment.  Similarly, we are not responsible for attempted deliveries that cannot be completed by the carrier because an adult is not present to sign for the wine.  Return shipping fees will be charged to your credit card.  (Hopefully, this will never happen!)   All in all, your satisfaction with the process is our highest service priority.
