Tres Sabores Winery Shipping Policy
Shipping to a business address:  We recommend shipping to a business address unless you know  that an adult will be at the 'ship to' residence address to receive the wine order.  Our common carriers will only deliver wine if it can be signed for in real time by a person with an adult ID.  After a minimum number of failed delivery attempts, your shipment will be returned to the carrier's regional warehouse to await your pick-up.  We would hate for you to have to go through this inconvenience.  Please take particular care to plan for the receipt of "gifts".  Unfortunately, it can get a little tricky to ship out a "surprise" gift package.

Timing:  We will do our very best to ship wine within 7 days of receiving your order.  Our usual default shipping mode is by "ground".  Erratic, extreme temperatures and inclement weather are always of concern to us as we seek to secure  "cellar to cellar" conditions for your shipment.  Accordingly, we are unlikely to use the "ground" method to ship wine between the months of June and October.  Likewise, we will track extreme temperatures by zip code during the winter to avoid problems when shipping to northern latitudes.  Unfortunately, the only way to ensure "spot on" delivery is to use an overnight or second day delivery mode.  We realize this is more expensive and stand ready to help you plan for safe, satisfactory, and reasonable shipping.  Our software is designed to keep you informed of ship dates and tracking numbers.

Legalities:  By placing an order, you are authorizing Tres Sabores to act on your behalf to appoint a common carrier to deliver your wine to you.
Wine may be sold only to persons who are at least 21 years old. In placing your order, you are representing to us that you are at least 21 years old. When your wine is delivered to you, you will be required to show identification proving that you are at least 21 years old.
